How to use the NIRA Laser:

1. Power it on.

2. Set your comfort level.

3. Choose your area. (Treat bare skin that is healthy, healed, and normal.)

4. Rest the tip on a central spot.

5. Hold it flush with the skin.

   • Press the upper button if your device has one.
     
     

6. Feel the warmth. Wait for the high pitch. (Start and finish beeps confirm a pulse.)

7. Shift the tip sideways for the next spot.

8. Sweep outward in symmetric rows.

9. Power it off.

10. Moisturize (any gentle moisturizer).

11. Apply sunscreen (morning).
