Here is how to easily treat yourself with NIRA:

1. Power it on.
2. Set your comfort level.
3. Choose your area (clean, dry, healthy skin).
4. Hold the handle.
5. Rest the tip on a central spot.
6. Press the Precision’s upper button. Expect warmth.
   • Other models pulse on contact.
7. Start and finish beeps confirm a pulse. Wait for the high pitch.
8. Shift the tip sideways and repeat.
9. Sweep outward in symmetric rows.
10. Power it off.
11. Moisturize. Wear sunscreen daily.
12. Repeat daily beyond 90 days. (You can do it!)
